A 12 member board of directors governs WellStone Behavioral Health with six appointees from the City of Huntsville and six from the Madison County Commission. The Board of Directors may recommend names for appointment to the appointing governing bodies when vacancies on the Board arise. The late Honorable Judge Frank Riddick served on the Board of Directors as an appointment of the Madison County commission from 2006-2015. Upon completion of his term, he was elected by the Board of Directors as a non-voting lifetime member.
