Qualifications:      High School Diploma or Equivalent

Alphanumeric/Numeric Data Entry Skills

Computer Skills to include proficiency with Excel

One to Two years experience in billing a must

 

Synopsis of Duties:

  • Data Entry, Research and Reconciliation in the following areas or as assigned:
    • Maintenance of Daily Cash Spreadsheet
    • Daily entry of transactions in accounting software
    • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
    • Vouchering for contracts receivables
    • Social Security Reports – payee program reporting to Social Security Administration regarding income and expenses for client accounts
    • Reconciliation and deposit of daily receipts
    • Probate letters
    • Verify cell phone billing
    • Credit card reconciliation
    • Verify client lab testing and pharmacy bills
    • Assist with budgeting process and upload
  • Provide back up for CMI/Payee Accounts check writing
  • Provide back up for bank account reconciliation
  • Provide back up for Shelter Plus Care billing
  • Answer telephone assist internal and external customers
  • Other administrative/billing duties as assigned.
