Participate in medical records. Provide assistance to staff in regards to the administration of medical records. Provide backup to customer service representatives/front desk as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Imaging and scanning of any information to be entered into the electronic medical records will be completed in a timely manner.
• Respond to medical records requests.
• Destroy old charts according to policy.
• Backup the Front Desk staff.
• Maintain after hours crisis log information.
• Maintain stock of forms available to clinical staff
• Exhibit proper attitude and work ethic as established by Supervisor and the Center standards.
• Other duties as assigned
